Our design team is passionate about helping you transform your space into a functional work-of-art tailored to your individual taste. By offering construction services for small projects or working with the contractor of your choice for large remodels, we are able to provide flexible services to fit all budgets and needs.

With our team and resources, anything is possible from completely reimagining your floorpan to finding simple ways to elevate your style. We will help you create a custom plan engineered to fit your design ideal, your family, and your lifestyle.

Our in-house construction services help make the remodel process seamless. For projects less than $25,000, we can completely eliminate the need for subcontractors. Our team can add new flooring, install a backsplash to bring new life to your existing kitchen, or provide simple fixes like adding a new touch free faucet to your home. We can even rip out your old deck and build the ultimate cook out and lounge space for quality family time.

CASSIE HONAKER

Creative Consultant

Cassie Honaker has an eye for finding beauty in the broken. She can see past dull and dilapidated to find the protentional in your property. Cassie loves restoration projects and bringing new life to assets of all kinds. A true businesswoman, Cassie’s background includes owning and operating a successful auto- collision repair shop in Kingsport, Tennessee. Cassie and her husband of more than twenty years, Charles, have four beautiful children together, three sons and one daughter as well as four grandchildren.

AMBER ADAMS

Interior Designer

Since 2006, Amber Adams has helped countless families reimagine their homes and outdoor living spaces. She has created custom floor plans, landscape designs and much more. Amber is a native of Northeast Tennessee. She graduated from Volunteer High in 1996 and East Tennessee State University in 2006, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in interior design. Amber loves spending time outside with her husband and two kiddos. When she isn’t busy brainstorming her next great design, you can find Amber in her garden or with her friends and family at the beach!

CHARLES HONAKER

Owner/Operator

Since he was in his teens, Charles Honaker has had a passion for home-building. He has spent decades learning diverse skills from framing to electrical and plumbing. Many of his skills were acquired by helping build homes for Habitat for Humanity. Charles’s passion for blue-collar trades doesn’t end at carpentry. He is also loves cars and has spent many years working in a family owned auto-collision repair shop. He continues to teach automotive maintenance at Dobyns Bennett High School in Kingsport and is passionate about raising awareness among young adults about the number of trade jobs available throughout our region and how to pursue them. Since selling Millennium Auto Collision Repair, Charles and his wife Cassie have shifted their focus to home remodels and rental properties.
